With a rich background boasting over 14 years in the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry, Chef Josh brings a wealth of expertise in diverse cuisines and culinary techniques. His dream of bringing people together around the dinner table became a reality with the establishment of The Local Caterer. Chef Josh's impact isn't confined to catering exquisite meals. His compassionate heart led to the initiation of a remarkable free lunch program for underprivileged children, a testament to his belief in nourishing both bodies and spirits.

Actively involved in his church, Chef Josh is a pillar of support, generously sharing his time, skills, and resources. His contributions foster unity and camaraderie, creating a community that goes beyond culinary excellence.

Born and raised in Little Italy in the Bronx with a 30 year career as a professional chef in some of NYC & Las Vegas' most iconic rooms, chef Nicholas Di Paolo is now providing the finest culinary experience in Arizona catering. As a private chef service we stand apart by using only the best. From fresh fish to dry aged steaks, all wholesomely prepared from scratch in the European tradition by the chef himself! Our buffets service groups of up to 100 guests, and we have service staff available including craft cocktail bartenders. We also offer a formal service that includes a choice of entrees for your guests to submit beforehand, just like the top tier wedding & event venues. From simple to extravagant, we have a service that fits your needs.
